Shipping Costs:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.
  • For orders under $50, a flat rate applies (display rates for different regions).
  • Expedited and International Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.

International Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for international orders.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Returns Policy

Return Window:

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received.
  • Original packaging must be intact.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
